We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Trainer for Pontianak to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting the achievement of our Sales Network by delivering effective development programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Developing and implementing training programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders using various methods to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Collaborating with Sales Network leaders to ensure that ALDI partners are well-informed about HCID products and processes.

- Monitoring area Sales Network KPI performance and working with Sales Network leaders to develop programs for Sales Agents and District Managers.

- Promoting self-learning through HaCI and DIKA for Sales Network members.

- Supporting the implementation of company initiatives at the area level.
