Core Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management :
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.

Sales Data Analysis and Reporting :
• Prepare quotations and negotiate delivery
• Responsible for payment collection
• Negotiating purchase orders and contract terms
• Closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

Sales Operations Liaison :
• Offering after-sales support services
• Administering client accounts
• Meeting regular sales targets
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
