PRIMARY FUNCTION: Our office in Monterrey provides remote assistance to our Medical Offices located in the United States. This role will provide initial intake information in preparation for a telehealth visit with a clinician which is essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance and restoration of patient’s health and wellness.

SCHEDULE:
• Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, México
• Language: Must be proficient in English and Spanish
• Experience: Previous customer service experience required
• Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Must have strong verbal communication skills.
