Job Description / Responsibility
• 100% honest in all aspects
• Monitoring Daily housekeeping work.
• Monitor and ensure safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas including market area, parking lots, and outdoor areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on the Building and make repairs as needed.
• Schedule & Maintain routine inspections and emergency repairs with vendors as per approval of management.
• Monitor security and surveillance system, duty roster preparation for security personals.
• Responsible for collect monthly rent, utility bills and service charge from the tenants.
• Supervise and control Security, Electrician, Plumber and housekeeper.
• Maintain checklist, register book for ensuring preventive maintenance and kept necessary documents as per management requirement.
• Manage communication with management and clients.
