I. Responsibilities
• Build and execute training programs for non-management and management team members for hospitality operations.
• Assess trainees’ progress and improve the program to be practical, fun, and measurable.
• Follow up and assist trainees in key milestones: post-graduation, assignment to their residence, 1-2-3 months into the job, etc.
• Inspire M Village's mission and the beauty of the hospitality industry to new joiners.
• Assist new joiners to blend in with M Village culture and operations as soon as possible.

Ii. Requirements
• Having experience in hospitality operations.
• Passionate in learning activities & developing people.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide staff.
• Advanced in both English & Vietnamese.
