Role Description

We're looking for a customer support and community management wizard! You'll be responsible for communicating with and providing support to our customers through various touchpoints. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Additionally, you'll collect and analyse customer feedback and enable automation where required.

Note: Excellent written and spoken communication is a must.
