Responsible for Handling present and Identification of new distributor, wholesaler and direct

dealer in the region for communication and sales lead generation.

Distribution Network expansion (Existing Gaps).

Maintaining equilibrium between primary sales Vs secondary sales.

Schemes Management- Primary/ Secondary GM Quantity Value Targets- Brand wise

Understanding of Pricing Discount Structure, Product Quality/ USP. Understanding of Payment

Terms (Credit / Cash) and Security of Funds.

Conducting BTL Activities (In shop/ Wall / Shutter Painting/ FLEX/ GSB/ Dealer Certificate/ POP

Displays/ Cutters/ Carpenter Gifts)

Dealer Meets Dealer Plant Visits
