Job Description & Responsibilities

Responsible for acquiring and developing retail business through team and relationships. Ensuring top and bottom line achievement of numbers and budgets are achieved for the zone

Drawing the budget and formulating strategies to control acquisition cost

Focus on Tie-ups with intermediaries for Zonal / Regional Level Critical alliances to develop mutually beneficial relationships

Driving the channel sales and owning the responsibility for its overall performance including the profitability and achievement of the budget

Assist operational managers in their sales initiatives by bringing in support from the head office

Work closely with various departments within the company to smoothen operational procedures to facilitate faster closure of sales-related matters.

Should have a thorough knowledge of the market, must be aware of competition practices and should provide regular feedback to top management for advance planning.
