· Coordinate with all third-party manufacturing vendors, suppliers on the Quality expectation of iD products.· Work with NPD and share specification and quality parameters to vendor.· Maintain and arrange all documents like COA, testing reports etc. from vendors, suppliers.· Work closely with plant team on the quality attributes of RM/ PM/ Outsourcing TPM products.· Advice issues related to RM / PM, vendor and supplier’s quality to R & D and plant manager and ensure the quality issues are eliminated.· Monitor the receiving of goods and verify all parameters as per receiving policy.· Coordinate with store team on rejections of the lot due to Quality and ensure all NC products are segregated and returns to vendor.· Escalate respective team on RM/PM & outsourcing TPM products issues and ensures RCA and CAPA are received.· Development of QC sampling procedure and plan for RM & PM & outsourcing TPM products.· Carry out continuous audit at third party vendor/supplier sites and ensure all...
