Description:

The PSR is responsible for delivering a sustained competitive advantage for Pampers at Baby Stores. This is accomplished by building a long-lasting relationship between Pampers and the Store Owners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit Baby Stores regularly to motivate and build the relationship with the Store Owners.
• Develop the capability of being a Pampers Expert, so as to clear any doubts might come across and become loyal to the brand.
• Be the eyes of Pampers in the street: PSR must tell the Category Leader what needs to be done to win so as to plan consequently, as well as tracking prices, promotions and KBD’s of the channel.
