Bill Gosling Outsourcing is looking for Customer Service Agents to work in our beautiful office in Heredia, Costa Rica.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will:

Interact with customers/ customer information on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Provides information to customers about product features.
