Your tasks
• As a member of our IT team, you will provide first and second level support as an IT administrator / IT specialist (m/f/d)
• You are the contact person for technical questions from our employees for all hardware and software problems that arise
• You will also be responsible for analyzing, resolving and documenting user problems remotely and on site
• In addition, you will support the operation and further development of the company's IT infrastructure, including the support of peripheral and mobile devices
