Job Title: Farm Manager

Location: Awash Arba, Ethiopia

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of our crop production operations. The Farm Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the daily activities of the farm to ensure efficient and profitable crop production. This role requires a strong background in agriculture, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to sustainable farming practices. The farm area is about 13,000 hectares.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Organization:
• Develop and implement crop production plans, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting schedules.
• Coordinate crop rotation and soil management practices to maintain soil health and fertility.

Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Monitor and control farm expenditures.
