Overview

Jhpiego seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager to provide technical leadership, oversight and strategic direction for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for an upcoming USAID-funded Global Health Security (GHS) project in Ethiopia. The project aims to reduce the impact of infectious disease outbreaks on morbidity and mortality through building a resilient One Health (OH) surveillance, diagnostics and workforce development capacities. The project will operate over a 5-year period.

The MEL Manager will provide technical leadership to develop project framework, M&E systems and indicators to capture performance results and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, operational research, and evaluation and reporting of all project activities.
