Job Profile
• Financial Perspective.
• Provide inputs in the business planning process collected through direct customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Provide inputs for defining pricing to Sales and Marketing Head.
• Maximize sales revenue, project profitability and ensure efficient collections.
• Validate the documentation during sales and ensure collections and follow up post sales through the commercial department.
• Customer Perspective.
• Develop various channels to reach the targeted customer segment.
• Provide suitable consultation to the customer while addressing its needs.
• Enhance the value for the existing customers by ensuring a healthy occupancy rate and tenant mix.
