We are looking for an experienced Director of People & Culture to join our next opening in Playa Mujeres, Cancun Mexico. As a key leader in the opening of this exciting hotel, the Director of People & Culture will play a pivotal role in building the opening team, in shaping the team member experience, and fostering a culture of inclusiveness and exceptional guest service. This role will report to the General Manager and will be member of the Executive Committee.

Ennismore, in partnership with Accor’s luxury brand team, is currently undertaking a magnificent project in the oasis that is Playa Mujeres, just north of Cancun, Mexico. Opening is planned for the last quarter of this year.
