Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve problems, and create a positive customer experience.

• Open for Fresh College Graduate and Career Shifters
• At least Highschool Graduate with minimum of 6 months BPO Experience
• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a positive customer experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Can work onsite in CLARK, PAMPANGA
