The Creative Designer Spec 2 oversees diverse design projects: print, digital and video. This function requires knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. This role requires extensive experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, maintain brand consistency, and stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

● Execution of Creative Design processes at standard

○ Knowledge of and perform the department’s set processes

● Maintain capabilities required at Spec Level (GWC)

○ Exhibit willingness to further develop his/her skills

○ Ability to train junior designers

● Day-to-day client communications

○ Understanding of brief efficiently

○ Good presentation skills

● Quality work within standard Turnaround Time

○ Meet the desired expectations and delivery of both client and Team Leader

● Learn and deploy client and SA

● Participate in awards and competitions
