Responsibilities
• Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
• Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
• Provide accurate and real-time responses to the customers inquiries.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Qualifications
• Fluent level of Italian (C1/C2)
• English B2
• Experience in Customer Service (preferable)
• Good communication and soft skills
Offer
• Salary 1000 month x 14 months
• Meal allowance of 7,23 net per day(paid in Meal Card)
