Introduction

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator who has Mazak milling and Fanuc milling experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
• To comply with instructions on route sheet to complete task at hand and read drawing that is accompanying the route sheet.
• Accordingly, programming, setting, and operating of various CNC machines.
• Logging on and off jobs on SAP system.
• Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools to suit the specific job.
• Completing quality checks during manufacturing stage and final product.
• Operate Overhead Crane.
• Complying with QESH requirements including quality systems, SOPs and health and safety regulations.
• Being responsible for housekeeping in work area.
• To adhere and participate in organizational EHS requirements.
• To assist where is deemed necessary by the company.
• Any other reasonable instruction from your Production Supervisor/Leading Hand.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Grade 12/Matric certificate is essential.
