• JOB TITLE Restaurant Manager (L'antico Giardino) & Accomodation Administrator

REPORTS TO General Manager

POSITION DETAILS

Manage the Restaurant areas and events in order to achieve financial, food and service standards. The ideal candidate will be able to oversee a small number of rooms for accomodation that are on the property.

JOB PURPOSE
As set by the Company. Ensure that staff work there best to ensure a great client experience

Candidate requirements:
• Own transport required.
• The suitable candidate should be available to work from Friday to Monday as the restaurant only opens on weekends.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in budget management
• Well-organised with excellent multi-tasking abilities. Able to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
