As an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering HR operations with a focus on ensuring the consistency and accuracy of processes, systems, and data. In addition, you will partner with the HR Manager to provide exceptional service across the full spectrum of HR functions within the organization.

Responsibilities
• Ensure all required information and employee data are accurately maintained and updated promptly in digital systems and hard personnel files ;
• Act as a key admin user in maintaining HR tools (SAP, Success Factor, Attendance system…) ;
• Responsible for the employee's lifecyle such as onboarding, employment changes and off-boarding processes ;
• Assist all employees on their admin, HR queries and welfare matters ;
• Manage the outsourcing process in terms of contracts, attendance control and payments ;
• Participate in the disciplinary processes ;
• Participate in periodical audits ;
