- Minimum 3 years experience of similar capacity
- Diploma in Architecture or other related course (Inspector Of Work

- Good knowledge in Architectural materials and finishes
- Proactive and must have the ability to work independently and to interface

with all levels of the organization
- Good technical (Architectural)
- Knowledge / know how of building construction and able to assess good

construction practice and quality
- Able to communicate effectively with client, authorities and site issues
- Self discipline & mature with good interpersonal skill
- Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD and writing skill
