The primary duties of this position are to accurately process the accounts payable and tenancy administration of the shopping center (Subang Parade) and to ensure all transactions adhere to the policies and procedures.

Job scope
• Maintain precise records of all vendor/supplier payment
• Responsible for paying and keeping a record of all invoice
• Keep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit account
• Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
• Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audit
• Prepare and mail all required tax document
• Research and approve new vendors and create a new vendor account
• Assist in liaising with relevant departments to obtain more information and provide relevant information to the GL team as and when required
• Update the Payment Process Control Sheet
• File the Payment Instructions, Payment Voucher, and supporting document
