Location: Virudhunager

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the lead project manager to write construction proposals.
• Maintain and update the sustainable design materials library on-site.
• Research and attend trade shows and other continuing education

opportunities.
• Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial

building materials, details and construction techniques.

Familiarity and interest in sustainable design and materials.
• Competent in drafting (Sketch-up, Autocad, etc.)
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• High level of organization and familiarity with typical office communication

tools.
• Easily able to cultivate, build and nurture lasting client relationships.
• Works flexibly and collaboratively with building designers and architects.
• Experience in researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes.
