Job Description
• Work on a project to reconcile physical and ERP stock – Fabric and Trims.
• Performing “Inventory management system” Conforming to standard warehouse practice (Bar Coding, Location-wise material information on ERP, etc.) and apply new warehouse technologies to minimize errors and improve operational efficiency of the Stores.
• Regularly monitoring physical closing stock with that of an ERP to have strong control over the stock in both stores.
• Thoroughly ensuring the proper recording of all loading and unloading for incoming and outgoing material with that of barcodes are attached to every material inhoused.
• Reviewing and finalizing fabric and trims closing report every month.
• Efficiently and immediately communicating to HO in case of any requirement arising with respect to goods received in the factory.
• Timely disposal of materials from the stores after each season is completed.
