· Good knowledge on developing new pesticide formulations including emulsifiable concentrates, wettable powders and suspension concentrates

· To be conduct a research on new technologies and ingredients to create advanced pesticides solutions.

· Enhance existing formulations to improve performance stability and user safety.

· Quality control processes to ensure that all products meet regulatory and company standards

· Manage the scale up of laboratory formulations to pilot production and full scale manufacturing.

· Ensure all formulations as per pesticides regulatory

· Need expert technical support for production, quality, assurance, and regulatory teams

· To be maintained details documentation of all research and development process and results

· Work closely with cross functional teams to integrated formulation chemistry with agronomic performance.

Continue seek ways to improve formulation techniques and process
