• Shapes and leads the design of the group-wide OE roadmap, leads and facilitates the execution of the OE roadmap (lean basics, standards, visualization, shop-floor management, problem solving techniques and tools, TPM…) in close collaboration with the entire Operations team
• Maintains KPI dashboard (KPI definition, OE saving targets, break-down per site and owner, monitors and reports progress/deviations, proposes countermeasures in terms of deviation)
• Leads, coordinates and motivates OE community (proposes and organizes workshops, trainings, best-practice sharing events)
• Leads OE specialist team
• Adheres to RKW’s code of conduct and represents RKW in a professional manner. Collaborates closely with supply chain, quality purchasing and the mfg. sites.
• Teach and coach Site Managers and organizations on the agreed standards of Shopfloor Management.
