Howden Joinery is currently recruiting a Delivery Partner to support our L&D Team. This is a permanent role which can be based at either our Howden (Yorkshire), Croxley (Watford) or Raunds (Northamptonshire) site.

This Role Will Focus On Three Core Elements

Embedding Activities: This is a crucial part of the role, aimed at ensuring the impact of our programs is visible and tangible within the business.

Essential Skills: Collaborating with six learning partners, this position at peak times may be required to support the delivery of key skills ranging from sales training to management development within our Trade teams.
