Key Responsibility
• Compensation Analysis: Conducting market research to determine competitive salary levels for various positions within the organization.
• Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
• Job Evaluation: Evaluating job roles within the organization to determine appropriate salary levels and job classifications.
• Policy Development: Developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies that align with the organization's goals and comply with legal requirements.
• Compliance: Ensuring that compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Other Projects/Tasks: Participating in HR projects and organization-wide initiatives.

Qualification
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major, preferably in Psychology, Management, or Engineering.
