Your day-to-day:
- Organize, plan and coordinate training and educational courses and events, both external and internal, aimed at developing appropriate levels of knowledge and skills among all employees involved in the production of product development.
- Ensure that the training management and competency development process complies with the quality management system standards.
- Ensure efficient use of human resources by planning workloads and scheduling personnel in assigned area.
