Duties and Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Facilitate communication between the owner, kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate timing, production and fulfilment of orders in a way that is efficient and supportive for the team.
• Ensure regulatory, hygiene compliance and rules are followed
• Manage budget and forecasts to align with goals of the business
Qualifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
