RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Familiar and understanding of drawings andtaking-off quantities
• Hands-on on materialspricing, plant and machinery cost
• Preparing,monitoring, and control of projectbudget
• Reviewing plans, record-keeping for alldesign changes and variation works
• Wellcommunication among the project team, especially the operationdepartment
• Negotiation with sub-contractors andsuppliers
• Preparing and submission of progressclaims to clients on the monthlybasis
• Preparing and estimation for tendersubmission
• Initiative and work smart inproblem-solving
• Other assignments as and whenneeded and instructed by the management

REQUIREMENTS :
• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma orEquivalent Cert in Quantity Surveyor
• Workexperience in project contruction would be an addedadvantage.
• Able to travel from site tosite
