Key Responsibilities:

➢ To be responsible for the understanding of the product from its drawing provided from product tooling

for the development.

➢ To responsible for the development of the model/mould design with the standard best practices

established in the same.

➢ To learn from existing product configurations and develop standard mould designs for each product

category.

➢ To work with related functions considering the inputs for an easier manufacturing process with less

defects and high productivity.

➢ Continue to improve the process and method of the production. Assist the department to improve the

productivity.

➢ To be responsible for POP molds production and supply as per plan

➢ To be responsible for 5S of the department, that includes workstation, tools, machinery management

and storage.

➢ To be responsible for the day-to-day shop floor activities

➢ To be responsible for developing the subordinates and team members
