Key Responsibilities
• The role of the Field Executive would be to work closely with the network farmers and manage day-to-day operations concerning an aligned procurement plan. This position will also be responsible for monitoring of disease prevention plans/quality improvement/yield improvement plans.
• Day-to-day management of ground operations at network farmers.
• Monitoring plantation schedules for all network farmers and collaborating with the operations team on regular updates.
• Work in close coordination with the planning team on specific issues that could impact the harvesting plan/sales
• Responsible for the implementation of quality/yield improvement programs.
• Responsible for driving improvement projects concerning procurement practices and farmer network expansion in line with business goals.
