Job Description

This full time position will hold you responsible to generate sales leads for Turnkey projects for the Experience store.

Responsibilities
• Generate sales leads for Turnkey projects for the Experience store.
• Follow up on the leads generated from store side.
• Introduction calls and follow up calls on central assigned leads.
• Sign MOU (memorandum of understanding) for design (as per target) along with advance.
• Collection of initial amounts as per MOU.
• Making initial payments collection from clients through bank transfers towards BuildNext bank account.
• Handing over the client to BM once initial payments are collected.

Qualifications
• Any Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience preferably with Real Estate/FMCG industries.
• Need to be able to work based on targets and must have the ability to handle pressure.
