We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, with proficiency in financial management using software such as Tally. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate excellent telemarketing skills, with the ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Successful leads converted will result in substantial commission rewards. The Shop Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing finances, and maintaining overall store efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
