Whitefield Bio Products Pvt. is into the business of bio ethanol manufacturing. Company is setting up new green field project in Telangana.

Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the company's HR and IR operations, including talent acquisition, worker & employee engagement, and performance management. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local laws and regulations. This role also involves overseeing compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and programs. This is a full-time on-site role located in Siddipet, Telangana.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
