1 building maintenance worker (m/f/d)

Entry by appointment

Responsibilities:

° Repair work and maintenance work and their organization

° Control and maintenance of technical equipment and devices

° Cleaning work, snow removal, errand trips

Your professional and personal qualifications:

° Completed vocational training (painter, bricklayer, plumber, carpenter, metal technician,...)

° Craftsmanship, all-round knowledge

° Forklift and crane license an advantage

° Corresponding knowledge of German, driving license B

We offer you:

° Depending on qualifications and professional experience € 2829.98 gross/month + allowances,

and willingness to overpay
