The successful candidate will be working with the President of a fast growing E-commerce Distribution Center. The Controller will be responsible for all day to day bookkeeping, payroll, reconciling, and government filings.

You will be the only person in the accounting department performing all functions.

You will provide guidance and reporting on how to reduce costs and streamline processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Combine E-Commerce and Accounting experience to perform and complete tasks

· Perform full cycle accounting utilizing Quick Books software

· Using Excel at an expert level to help complete bookkeeping tasks

· Managing all accounts receivable and accounts payable

· Payroll administration and reconciliation for 25 employees

- Responsible for month end and year end closing and filing

· Check preparation and bank deposits
