Sales Representative - Medellin

As a Commercial Sales Representative you will build strategic relationships to keep our brand of Industrial paintings growing in the market through the sales, strategic plans and follow up of our standards. You will report to the Territory Manager and will be located in #Medellin, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities
• You will build commercial strategies to produce a profitable business model that adapts to market conditions.
• You will establish profitable growth strategy for the segment by developing new business. and implementing the value selling process with strategic customers.
• You will ensure that standardized service is provided (Frequency of visits, technical help, reporting, lab tests and service surveys and customer service).
• You will be responsable to achieve the monthly and annual Sales Budget in our CRM.
• You will coordinate the launching of new products in the customers' lines following the Secure Launch procedure.
