Your Tasks Will Include
• 1st and 2nd level support in the area of software and hardware as well as user support for IT-related issues (help desk, remote and on-site)
• Participation in the development and implementation of concepts to meet regulatory requirements
• Installation, configuration and further development of hardware and software components, as well as various peripheral devices
• Technical support for users in the specialist departments
• Collaboration in (IT) projects
• Supervision of events with IT technology
