• Master/MBA Degree in from a reputable University.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and in English.
• Minimum of 10 years of General Management role in FMCG in Indonesia.
• Exceptional leadership with proven experiences in delivering sustainable growth.
• Skilled in Market Development, P&L management, and in building a dream team for aggressive growth in the market and in Asia.
• A people person who's hands on individual who has a strong attention to details in his/her approach.
