Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Trek Panda. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services to clients, managing and organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role will also involve handling reservations and assisting with travel management tasks.

Qualifications
• Shall have knowledge on the domestic travel market
• Ability to help customer resolve queries over calls
• Shall be keen on upselling the tour packages to the clients
• Handle office visits of customers
• Shall have basic knowledge on CRM
