Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Commis 1 at Carbon Jaipur. As a Commis 1, you will be responsible for assisting the chef de partie in food preparation and cooking. Your tasks will include ingredient preparation, maintaining a clean and organized work station, and following recipes and presentation guidelines. Strong culinary skills and attention to detail are required for success in this role.

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Commis or in a similar role
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients

• Excellent time management skills
