About this opportunity:

Ericsson is currently looking for an experienced Domain Support Specialist who is passionate about maintaining and enhancing our technical capabilities in Automated Operations of Services. The successful candidate will handle a range of responsibilities, including diagnosis, rapid domain support, routine resource fulfillment, on-site technical support, in addition to organizing, managing, and conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance activities. Moreover, successful execution and implementation of change request will equally be part of this role.
