Slowear is looking for a Sales Assistant for the store inside La Rinascente department store in Florence.

Being a Slowear’s ambassador the SALES AMBASSADOR has the responsibility for providing an outstanding customer experience in store by assisting new and existing customers with their unique needs. This involves everything from dealing with customers and selling goods to handling payments and making sure that the goods are attractively displayed. Your main task will be to help customers find the products they want. You will also offer advice and answer questions, not just about the store's products and prices but also issues like stock availability or and in store services (slowear club, omnichannel etc.)

In addition, the Ambassador maintain a behaviour in line with the Company guidelines issued about diversity & inclusion and adopt conscious behaviors regarding sustainability.
