Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Buyer - Indirect Purchasing.

Buyer will manage or/and support the management of the Suppliers of non-production products and general affairs: offers, negotiations, orders, requests, complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:
• Control purchasing requisition received from all functions and verify budget capability and limits
• Issue request for quotation and purchase orders for everything that is not directly connected to manufacturing (non-production products) or, in case of regularization of request directly coming from internal functions, to place PO with evidence of 2+ offers and/or evidence that price given is aligned with actual market trend
• Evaluate Suppliers' quotations and selects Vendors
• Manage all aspects of contracts for tenders
• Share relevant information about Suppliers with internal functions needed
