We are looking for a Junior Industrial Controller who will be placed within the Finance Department and directly support the Supervisor Plant Controller. The candidate will be responsible for conducting the following activities:
• Monitor, measure, and forecast the operating performance of the Diesel engines plant based in Reggio Emilia and co-operate in overseeing the same activities for the India plant.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Management Controlling/Finance in Italy and overseas (US and India) on cross-border projects, monthly reporting packages, and annual budgets.
• Prepare comments on the relevant section of the P&L for the monthly closing and forecast reporting package for the EMEA and India Region (together with Global Diesel).
• Ensure a thorough understanding of the plant operating performance and help provide explanations of variance to budget, forecast and prior year identifying the root causes in case of deviations.
