Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Verification and Database Updates:

• Thoroughly verify all applications received from Sales, RBE, and partner banks.

• Scan and accurately update the information from these applications into our database.

2. Application Dispatch:

• Ensure that scanned applications are promptly dispatched to the respective banks the following business day.

3. Device Dispatch:

• Maintain an up-to-date device list and ensure it is promptly updated when dispatching devices to the Deployment team.

4. Urgent Deployment Follow-Up:

• Proactively follow up on urgent deployment requests with partner banks to expedite the process and ensure timely execution.

5. Zoho CRM Updates:

• Keep Zoho CRM meticulously updated with information on merchants received by partner banks, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
